Green Tip of the Week: Use a Toaster!

Here’s a green tip for the home! Whenever possible, bake foods in a toaster oven rather than a conventional oven.  Consider what you are using your conventional oven for – if you’re only baking a few cookies or potatoes, a toaster oven will do the trick.  According to thedailygreen.com, a well-insulated toaster oven uses 50% less energy than a conventional oven.
